Me too! Took the dog for 2 miles then did another 3 without him. Pretty chilly and I can feel I haven’t done much running recently!

An hour done with Sal. She's doing a Garmin 10k plan to help her do under 59 minutes. 5.7 miles done plus warm up and cool down.

Hope those with achy bits soon recover.

I'm sort of OK. Had a cough for nearly three months after an awful cold (not covid) but just an annoying post-nasal drip. I got very cold yesterday and the cough was worse this morning. Now it's worse again. Oops.

I'm currently witnessing Carp's coughing. It's not an ideal state for running.

Well done Carp! A marathon is tough enough without doing it in the freezing cold and not feeling 100%. Look after yourself now!
