Legs have started recovering. I can pretty much walk downstairs forwards, although there are still sound effects :)
Climbing tonight might be a bit rubbish though!

No run today but I have spent the afternoon pre-scrubbing (with Ronseal decking restorer) then pressure washing the decking. My hands have just about stopped 'buzzing'! Luckily I finished about five minutes before it started raining. It's a large area so it was quite a workout!

Stripping our decking right back last year and using the proper decking has made such a difference and I will get away with not doing it this year. Will have to do the bench round it,

Evening gonks. Really good track session tonight. 👌 Got lots on with work, including organising the Chesterfield Postcard Show (as glamorous as it sounds hehe) which starts next Tuesday. Its our 3rd event. The first one had around 150 postcards, 329 last year and this year.....over 450!!! No wonder we've been busy organising.
