Of course, now that they have successfully woken me, they are silent again. Lunch out planned with Greenlandic friends
PaulaMc 24 Mar 11:37am, 24 Mar 2024 12,656 posts	0 PaulaMc Morning. Managed just under 9.5 miles this morning despite still feeling like absolute poo. The trails are still mostly mud baths - I tried them again - so I stuck to the country lanes. Very quiet apart from random cheery cyclists in groups of 3 or 4. The wind was much colder than I expected and my breathing was more laboured so I called it quits early and went home. Not as many miles as I wanted at all but I think recovery is more important right now. London is going to be an absolute shambles anyway 🙃
