I got very wet again this morning, 5 miles done though.

Today I'm in the studio most of the day, with a 1 hour workshop at a local school at 3.30. Really must get off the laptop and get tidying. My studio is a mess.

Oooh, can't remember if I said but I'm moving studios to one that's around 30% bigger - it's literally in the studio opposite, I really do need more space! :-) Should be in by 1st April.

I've clocked a massive 1 mile today. Not through laziness or anything, simply because it was my turn to coach the club session. But Carpathius is perilously close to catching me, so it's getting logged!

Ha Papa Whiskey, you're lucky I didn't go out again tonight as planned (there were too many tempting footpath signs on the little country road, so I made the others stop and explore one. We found an old tin mine :) Now all the shoes I brought with me are wet and muddy!)

Glorious swim this morning in Porthleven Harbour. Too rough for the outer harbour but the inner one was bliss. I've been used to the river being 7-8 degrees but the sea was 11.1.

Morning! How good to see lots of happy posts - Som's new studio, PapaW's mile and Carp's sea swim (I so wish Sidmouth had a harbour wall!)

Another damp and grey day here but a dog walk and a run for me today. Who knows, the sun might come out #evertheoptimist
