Hi gonks. A lovely run this morning. Such sad news about Swittle, I never get to go back to Crosby to meet up with him. He sounded a lovely chap.

My run was hard going, I seem to have lost any fitness I ever had and now both knees hurt. But I was able to get out and do it, and in the light of the very sad news yesterday I am certainly not complaining.

A melancholy day. With thoughts of Steve and this community in my head I went for a run along the Great Central Way this morning, and could see the blue police tape, cars and police officers still involved in the search for the two year old who fell into the river over a week ago now :(
