I ran today but struggled to do even the "easy" pace that was suggested, let alone the faster progressive chunk. Not helped by wind and lack of zing. I need to reorganise my training schedule as I did legs day at the gym yesterday, followed by a 40 minute run. I think it's taken it's toll.

I got my 8th 100 mile month ticked off tonight. ✔️ What made it even better is that I did a pyramid session at track (1,2,3,4,3,2,1 mins with run recoveries of half the time after each interval. I went through 5k in 24 mins. Hoping that stands me in good shape for Saturday when I'll be attempting a club standard bronze time of 23.58 or less at parkrun.
