Tried a couch to 5k session yesterday and struggled to run for 5 minutes however ran pretty much all of parkrun today other than a quick walk to blow my nose. Cake afterwards but no coffee. 500th milestone 😳 Regular post parkrun place had no catering. Again. Followed that up by going into work for 5 hours.
Sombrero 17 Feb 6:30pm, 17 Feb 2024 13,938 posts	0 Sombrero Mixed afternoon, dad taken ill so he's gone to hospital. I went to the football, we won 4-1. Sorry RRR-CAZ 🇬🇧. Mother driving me mad. Waiting to see how dad is, he has a slow heart rate which has made his vision blurry and having other issues. At least he's getting seen. I spoke to him a few mins ago but he couldn't hear me properly. To be honest, 2024 is a bit of a wazzock so far.
