I have 3 hours at the tattooist tomorrow - a pirate ship is being added to the left arm, and some more filling. It's only taken several thousands years, but I'm not far off being finished....

Look forward to seeing tattoo Som

Another 3 miles for me. Just an easy run as opposed to speed work. Have had pain in side/back for a few weeks. Thought easing off but was quite painful yesterday. Is absolutely fine running (which is good) but sore sitting and turning. Booked physio for a couple of weeks time.

Lots of good stuff yesterday, yay Teebs, and TR and Moo and Som and ITG and boo to PF and anyone ive missed out
Day 1 of goodwood complete, i was behind bar at bmw, 12hr shifts another 3 to go, hope im in same place, my manager also used to work silverstone as a teen where you bunked down in the marquee overnight. My mum has been admitted to hospital so really good to be too busy to think

I wasn't planning on running today, just as well as the Friday run has been cancelled due to weather warnings :-0 It's autumn already it seems :-(

Struggling to keep up with the thread this week but good news on ITG and others getting back to running, and hope the poorly get well soon. Big hugs Dipps and good to hear you’re keeping busy. Looking forward to seeing the tattoo Som - I haven’t had one for a few years now but love to live vicariously through others.I nipped out for a short run/walk before the heavens opened.
