In Liverpool with daughter as we saw Belle and Sebastian here last night. Am going to go for a run along the Mersey - might get up soon and do it 😊

The short distance (1.2k) as I chickened out of the full 2.5. I could have swum it, but I think I'd have got too cold.

Am totally exhausted by this bug which has now morphed into what feels like flu - aching limbs, cotton wool head, tickly cough to add to the sore throat. Had hoped at least to be up to walking the dog this morning but that's impossible, I'm not sure I've even got the energy to get dressed. Sorry to be so woe is me but this is much, much worse than the bout of covid I had last year

Luckily the dog doesn't want to walk far at the moment
