Sorry to miss triadventure but I just woke up, so tired. FM is getting over covid and I didn't fancy doing it solo really. Looking out at the biblical weather I'm glad now!

Managed just over 5k before the rain came. It’s very windy out there, felt like I was jogging on the spot at times.

The Nike app said 7 miles, so that's what I've done. But I also needed to those letters delivered so I did that in the middle. A happy compromise! My ribcage still isn't right but it wasn't a major problem.
Far worse was the really gusty wind and sharp showers :-(

It has warmed up here to 0 which is a bad thing as the snow is all melting in slushy puddles and will likely freeze again. It is one of the worst weathers we get but at least not windy.
