Morning all. Yesterday’s marshalling has totally done me in, I’m wrecked! My arms are particularly tired - it turns out that indicating to thousands of runners over a number of hours that they can actually use both sides of the road uses lots of muscles! And my voice is a bit croaky too which might be an issue later as I’m conducting an interview 🙄

Anyway. Running. It’s good fun, eh? 😊

Well done to all the runners, marshalls and supporters over the weekend. I was coincidently in London yesterday but a bit gutted that I didn't have the opportunity to do any cheering. :-(

Some fine performances yesterday, well done to those that ran in London or virtual which to me is really tough, (hats off to you LazyDaisy ) !!

Sorry I didn’t get to see so many of you that I had hoped to, I had to move away from Fetchpoint for fear that I may have shoved a whistle down someone’s throat and slapped them about the face with their clappers :-O they were serious getting to me and that was before the race was really underway!

It was lovely as always to see our darling Dipps, thanks to the fetch cap she gave me I was spotted by her and Sharkie :-)
