Nice RRRRRRR, I was worrying that you didn't have a waterproof with you.

Well done PH and all you others who braved the weather.

I had to bare my arms when running earlier, it was so warm in the sunshine. B-)

Ooooh heated seats. Nice for cold bottoms.

No running today - was a busy one. Went to visit the new hospital ward where my artwork is going to be displayed, it's still in progress. Apparently on the official there will be a very famous VIP - no idea who, but me and the other artists will get to see them.

Also did a print for a friend's marathon (have popped an image in my blog), did a 1-1 lesson, did some admin and started another commission.

Plan for tomorrow is to do a hilly 10K reccy after work - am doing the race in a couple of weeks so would like to see what it's like.

I do love my heated car seats - fab after a soggy run! Belated congrats for the weekend. I’m missing running, particularly when it’s all over the news, and even with other exercise my weight is increasing as a result. My Fitness Pal downloaded this morning, the first time for ages. Who else uses this?

Morning all

I've done something a little impulsive and silly. Have entered an 8 hour ultra next month on zero training. I guess I figured I'll see what my fitness is like and I can walk if need be.

Wow that’s brave Corrah - which one is it? If I get back to running I’d love to do another ultra for my next big birthday (I did Hell On The Humber for my 50th)
