Saw V’rap and .B and my neighbour and frantically shouted out to anyone with the same name as Frag who ran past mile c.22 between 4 and 4.20 but i think they were all the wrong ones. Enjoyed it though

You don't need it ITG, I'm back home, showered and planted on the sofa 😁

Considering my lack of training and my dodgy knee (it gave me such a jolt of pain at mile 8, the little b@#!^)* :-0 ) I can't be too downhearted about such a slow time. I took a tactical decision as I started my third lap, to power walk and not to run at all as my knee problem was causing problems in my calf, shin and ITB. That knocked my hoped-for improvement on my previous time for six, but it meant I could keep going. And then in the final lap I was able to jog for short periods without feeling my leg was going to seize up.
