Morning all, nice to get out with the club last night. Not as fast as last time I did the same session but nice :) shocking night’s sleep though

Icy Turkey Guzzler 🇮🇸 it's adult fitness area next to a playground. The pull up bars in the fitness area are a bit rubbish - have to bend my legs to be able to hang. But there is a climbing frame there as well that I can utilise for some of the exercises. None of it is ideal, but it is the best arrangement I have access to.

Boo to rude swimmers and nasty bugs and hooray for lunch.
I took quite the slow motion tumble over a tree root yesterday so will be walking at most. MrS is still having a traumatic time of it and is bearing witness to cancer destroying his mum in a way i hope he can recover from, so he didnt really need to worry about me bumping my head 40 miles away. I think i mostly counted as light relief

Kids used to regularly break the bus shelters where i grew up by hanging off them Teebs. I hope you dont get shouted at by a parkie. Also: good problem solving :-)

Good utilisation of the park TB. I have one like that at the end of the street next to me, maybe I should start using them too.

No run this morning as it was a rubbish sleep so maybe go later.
