Morning all. I had a rubbish day yesterday and went off sick then this morning woke up full of cold (Covid test pending) so mainly feeling sorry for myself today.

So long since I’ve been to a gym and I don’t miss this time of year when there are queues for everything.

northernslowcoach I should have guessed it was part of the hospital!

I ran out of time to run yesterday so I'm up mega early for me. Just a little leg loosener planned. I'm doing a workshop at 10am with home Ed kids doing printing with lego.

Look after yourself CK2. Sounds an interesting workshop Som.

I'm loving the lighter mornings :-) especially on days where I see the actual sun. I find December and January pretty hard going.

I'm off to the playground in a minute to do a few pull up exercises, then brunch with dad and elder brother, then a weights session in the garden. Possibly some life admin if I can fit it in, but not if I can't.

Up and out early as OH has hospital appointment - caught a lovely sunrise..then have to sort out new phone contracts

Sounds like a good day planned TB, I don't like December and January either, that's why I go skiing in January. I did embrace last January though and actually ran 67 miles. :)
