Went and parkran at Potternewton. More hills than I like (ie any) but managed to provide amusement when I took part in a sprint finish and missed the funnel 😂

I was supposed to be working but got there to find that the person forgot to cancel so I went and ran on the treadmill and didn't hate it.

Art'noon gonks. Squidgy parkrun at Sandall Park done (Doncaster). I took it steady, pleased to feel well enough to push a little. 27.27. Sal did 31 something. Glad we both wore trail shoes. Met a mate there, and had bacon butties after. Lovely start to the weekend.

Afternoon, back from the races and the weather gods were kind, stopping the rain before we sang and only just starting the drizzle again as we left. Done over 9000 steps so Illmske sure I'm ip to 10000 by bedtime and that'll be enough for today.

Thank you all for your congratulations. The Little One still doesn't seem to have a name. Didn't parkrun, but ran 3 and a half miles (nearly) this afternoon. Was most reluctant to go, but as always felt great on return. As someone-or-other said, you never regret a run. |

Trundling around various parts of Norway at the moment. No running but lots of wading through a few inches of snow. I’m kind of missing the running……but hey ho |
