Morning gonks, I'm a bit behind. Had a meh day yesterday - woke up feeling really tired and fed up, slept longer than usual, was meant to be doing a workshop at a school which was cancelled at short notice, went to the studio but felt ropey and down. Spent an hour on the phone to the child support eejits (turns out they think I shouldn't be paying anything as they believe teen isn't in full time education - I told them she was, and messaged her mum who had also confirmed a month ago that she is). Went home early afternoon and slept for a couple of hours with the small cat and had a chilled night. Feeling better today. Wondering if it was a reaction to my covid booster which I had Sunday. Got a bit of an ache on my right calf, hopefully it'll be ok for a little plod tonight. Just sending off my images to the printers for my 2024 calendar |

Where are we? Thursday already. I'm having one of those mildly panicking weeks brought on by the prospect of a short holiday. The holiday is not the problem - Valencia will be fun - but trying to get all my work done ahead of it is getting a bit mental. That on top of trying to help mum with her new tenancy agreement and fix the central heating, which is working upstairs but not downstairs. However, a couple of positives - Tuesday night I led the quick group for a club run and survived posting my quickest 10k of the year and I made tonight's dinner last night, so I have time to go to the movies with mum. Glad you’re feeling better Som. I know that feeling GH. I was the same the last time I had a week off. No running here today. Even going outside to the garage to run on the treadmill is a thought! |

I'll do a blog when the calendars are ready. My run was fine. Phew. Calf is a little achy after but no worse. |

My run was cut short due to dog incident (I've blogged it). Was going to go out later but just didn't.

Went for a massage. Drove through a lot of Weather on the way. Som, I should think blaming the covid jab is probably pretty accurate. |
