That's the odd thing CStar, I'm think I'm only in my mid 40s so I must have had my children when I was about 10 ;-)

Another good run using the Nike app this morning. I wanted 4 miles, there's a 4 mile guided run where Coach Bennett pops in every so often to talk about 'easy' running (like the dancing you do when you're on your own in your apartment, apparently ;-) ), form, looking up, etc etc. As I can have my running playlist on at the same time, it makes running round the same old streets so much more enjoyable.

Oh Corrah - Couch to 5k to London Marathon!

I predict that if, having done the training, you don't get called to run the actual race, you will immediately search for another marathon in order not to have done all that training for nothing.
