Sorry you had a rough time Sweetie. I suggest you avert your eyes while I gloat over my 3:56:09 - a PB by over 23 mins. Everything just went as perfectly as they had gone horribly wrong in the past. I anticipate being *sore* in the morning

GF Sal finished that London in 5.12, her first official marathon (we did the virtual one together a couple of years ago). She says never again. :-P
