Richmond marathon and half cancelled, mainly because of venue, I am slightly relieved as still injury stricken, wondering if Richmond parkrun is still going to be on.

It is currently, Mrs J. It depends on the local team and landowner. The Royal Parks don't appear to be cancelling - Bushy is still on as well.

Phone message from OH bright and early this morning. He had fallen and though not much hurt couldn't get up. He had already summoned paramedics. I went round there and made cups of tea and sat on the floor with him while we read his Daily Telegraph all about the Queen. Paramedic, when he came, was very thorough. No real damage but some concerns; he would have liked OH to go into hospital but he refused.

With regard to the fall, he hasn't got much to recover from; just a bruised/scraped knee. But he's 86 and has a lot of medical conditions to contend with.
