Went for an easy run just so that I can tell the physio exactly where it hurts! Probably not the best way to treat an injury........

Run walk works for me, but our Beginners programme is specifically designed to be run slowly because they don't agree with run walk as they say it messes with your head and heart rate too much. The Beginners seem to agree and it's been working well for 20+ years so I'm not going to rock the boat.
