Missing getting out. Isolation ends weds at midnight. I could run up and down the garden but I’m not that keen and typically feet, back etc are all unhappy as soon as I break for more than a few days. Gah

🤞 Sweetie

Trying to get out earlier to beat the worst of the heat but it’s still bloody hot. Need to get out even earlier but not sleeping well 🙄 6 sweaty miles this morning. Felt surprisingly okay given the 18 equally sweaty miles yesterday.

Morning all 😊

Wayyy too hot to even consider running. Exercise has consisted of: Friday, 2 miles across the fields to a drunken outdoor soiree at my friend's farm, and stagger back the 2 miles again (the GPS track is, errrm, "interesting"). Saturday, canoeing and river swimming with turtle. Turtle of course decided to snorkel instead, absolutely hilarious and funny looks from boaters. Sunday Turtle went to kids party at the same farm, so a hot 4 mile round trip walk.

Whyyyyy did I volunteer for overtime tomorrow????

Hideous attempt at a run this morning. Horrendous stomach issues - which I haven't had in ages :( Had to phone Twiglet to come and rescue me in the car.

Thanks - it was pretty horrid - I was lucky Twiglet was home or it would have been a pretty awful walk home :(

Not keeping up at all.
Kids going in all directions. Work crazy busy & Dad declining rapidly. Now confimed to bed but in no pain, so that's good. He's bored :-)

I runned yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks. Was too hot ;-) Swimming better.
