Morning! Pouring with rain here :-0 Have put my kit on though, and hope to get out for a bit of a run later.

Both OH and I sleep better here and I think it's because it's a better bed. I must crack on with getting our bedroom refurbished back in house 1 and getting a better bed.

Long run for me before lunch and then potentially first swim of the year if I can get myself down to Llanelli before dark and brave the freezing cold dock. Let's hope I still fit in my wetsuit! :-O

That certainly woke you up, Dipps :-o

Columba, hope you have no side effects but HURRAH for the second jab. If all goes to schedule, I'll get my first at the end of July and the second maybe end of October. This does make fieldwork in Greenland rather tricky.

Neighbours have got a wee yappy type dog* which is currently very small. Cats are very curious. Cats will hopefully not fulfil cliché.

*Not complaining as it does not appear in fact to yap and we are all in detatched houses so I wouldn't hear it anyway.

Dog walk done, another swim done - seem to be very consistent at getting 1700m done in 45 mins - hopefully will gradually get faster 😂
