Another nice 10 miles. Bumped into a few familiar faces.

Then had a haircut :)

Was hit by a wave of tiredness and slept most of the afternoon. Think I’ll be one of the few people not getting sunburnt today!

Nice pics too.

I just met a friend for another coastal walk bird watching a bit again. Beautiful, but we got rather fed up with that horrible wind.

Work this morning was a doddle as boiler was broken even had time for some Fetching nice when your getting paid to Fetch ;-)

Thanks for the fake-parkrun link. I’ve been doing not-a-parkrun, as organised by the parkrun people, but I’m glad to find Fetch has one of its own.

Soft sand and an incoming tide made for a 'steady' run tonight. Half a dozen camp fires in the dunes and a few night anglers on prom and beach.

Evening all. Sorry been AWOL for a while. Life has got in the way.

DD2's 19th Birthday today. So easy when all she wants is running shoes as a present :) Trip to Alton Sports and she's happy, especially as they threw in a free pair of fancy socks :-)

Do we have a meet time for the adventure race tomorrow? Am planning to be there just before 9.

Belated evening call. Meant to run today but needed to paint 5 fence panels (First coat done), dig the garden, finish stripping weeds from a hedge and plant seed potatoes. That plus a glass of wine with my lovely neighbour (her husband/partner/significant other is in hospital) and hearing her life story took all day, so running will wait, since tomorrow is family day !
