Good luck Sigh and Dipps with Events.

I'm due a long one but had a terrible night's sleep. One of my students has failed his masters thesis but I decided not to yell him till Monday so as not to ruin his weekend. I dreamt our zooþ call at least four times and woke up sweating. I also dreamt my dad but after a panic of "you're not so supposed to be here," I decided to ignore that and we had a chat. It was all banalities which I can't even remember but it was his voice I heard, clear as a bell.

So, yup, ITG is as bananas as ever but has a sore head from poor sleep as well.

Speaks well for you that it keeps you up at night, ITG, not good for either of you.

I just lost sleep to feeling a bit rubbish post vaccination - definitely worth it.

Had the crappiest of runs today :-( only saving grace was I was with chums and it was a stunning day :-)

A mixed bag on here today. Hugs to those that need them.

I did my not a parkrun and surprised myself with 24.22. Very pleased with that.

I am back. It was long but pretty. Just tried to stay steady and run walk. Very distracted by scenery. Lots of photos which I will upload in a bit.

Highest monthly mileage in several years and I am not done yet.

I had a race today! Well, I didn’t really think of it as a race as it’s one of those events where you do as many laps as you want. Still, it was a thing with people! This one was at Ranscombe nature reserve near Rochester, it’s a gorgeous place but VERY hilly.

I managed 15 miles (with 620m climb according to Fetch) - my longest run since the virtual London marathon last October.
