Just back from taking shopping to my parents. Drove back by reservoir car park and entrance - chaos, cars parked all over the place. Will wait till dusk to run when hopefully all the tourists will have gone

Sounds like the car parks on the hill and country parks locally here TR - people who would normally never visit, but (presumably) would be wandering round the shops, are cluttering up the place ;-) (Yes I am joking, I'm happy that they're getting fresh air and exercise, even if it's just walking from their car to the takeaway coffee hut :-) )

Core Club online class done. Without much energy but I got through it and only sat out a couple of sets.

Thanks for the tip about masssging tight spots Dipps, I think you're right. Anyway, my 2km RtS done, a bit like Bambi on the slippery pavements til I got to the rec where the mud is nicely frozen. My foot feels pretty ok, but maybe those Inov-8s need proper orthotics to be safe.

Glad it went ok LD. My 2k done as well but in conditions that seem much better than some of those around the country based on comments.
