Hope he recovers well LD.

Back from a half-marathon distance run with GF - the plan was 2 hours 15 mins....we were so close to a half marathon that we kept going for another minute or so.

Now home, showered, compression socks on, wrapped up warm, GF's daughter is making us tea soon. Am starving. :-)

I ran :-) Feel so much better for that. Absolutely soaked, so think its time for a warm shower and then my tea, which Mr Treacle is being lovely and cooking for me.

LD, I do hope OH's bil makes a good recovery.
Better run today. Being with company certainly helps and I know I can do it more but as long as I have company once a week its keeping me almost sane :-)

I did a turbo session, but it's not made it's way to fetch yet. Might have to poke Garmin Connect!

I wasn’t looking forward to going out this evening but Sharktopus managed to chase me out into a gap in the weather for 7ish miles. Really enjoyed it too. Caught a bit of drizzle near the end but having seen ITG’s post about running in the snow earlier I figured there were no acceptable excuses so pushed on for an extra little loop.

I’m sure you’ll be fine LG. Majority of folks in my office have had jabs and most have had a sore arm, but think just unlucky it’s been particularly painful.

Excellent news on the job, Som.
Daisy, hope all goes well with OH's B-i-L.
Heavy rain and howling wind all day, so exercise was limited to a 1-mile walk.

I note various strange new animals are appearing on the thread, - a gelp and a delug. Not to mention the dogging bins, from which I too averted my eyes.
