Dio try and get the Calfs used to some heel raises/drops as well as the ^ above physio built me to do the raises/drops with weight in a bag on my back to strengthen Calfs after I injured mine. Also if it helps sit on floor with a band or towel and push toes away while you hold band/ towel to the level you are comfortable with. Do not go mad to start with Disclaimer : This is only what I have done in the past.

I also nearly always run in compression long socks now and have had next to no issues also monthly massage to get rid of any knots building up. Though not since Covid on the massage front ;-)

Afternoon all,

Been more absent than normal.

Starting to get news of returning to work which will be interesting considering another half is a keg worker and we canโ€™t use grandparents who usually have our youngest.

Gorgeous weather today. Took the kids on a walk around the park.

Planning a run later when it starts to cool down

Chin up Carp, hope you get a break soon. I'm back in tomorrow on a run of 4 nights. It's all very depressing at the moment!
Well done to everyone getting out today.

Picnic went well. We took a football so could play in the park without getting within 2m at any time. Ice cream van was back for the first time too, giving a vague sense of normality ๐Ÿ™‚
