Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ooooh I'm below 13 stone for the first time since 2017. :-) 12.13 this morning. I was 13.11 in January. It's all been gradual and I'm really feeling the benefit of running more and eating better. Still have lots of cake but it's mainly homemade by GF.

I've just looked it up and my last bike ride was in September 2018. It looks like I was trying to get some Fetchpoint things, or WSW squares. Did we have WSW back then?

I'm pretty sure it was going then Dio.

Well done on the weight loss Som. medal

PT session for me this morning, in the park this week. I think I prefer that as it's a bit of a faff getting to the beach. I did some running shuttles amongst all the other stuff. Perfect morning for it.

Well done Som. That's excellent. I can't get down below 12.12 at the moment. My running weight for VLM 17 was 12.6. Think cycling and swimming have added a fair amount of muscle mass since and equally I didn't drink alcohol for 4 months before VLM , so that might have been a factor too. ;-)

Lots of good early morning pre-heat running going on here.

Managed a run and some turbo last night after a long work day & have a virtual team TT tonight, which will be 'fun'

Run abandoned after a few hundred yards because of a case of Fetch Calf. For a change it was my left calf this time when usually it’s the other. I really will have to get the bike out.

:( Dio. Go fettle that bike!

I'm still alive. Just. I think. Work is just awful at the moment. I'm exhausted.

I did run yesterday though, well - run/walk.
