Mrs12bar & I had a nice 11 mile walk today & ended up going through the Angmering Park Estate. Luckily, I had the big zoom lens with me. |

I was in 2 minds about running after work, asthma and hay fever playing up a bit earlier. I managed a steady 4 1/2 in the end so am happy with that. I was pleasantly surprised too when locking my building tonight- random stones have been decorated and left outside, such a kind thought by whoever left them |

I think that there have been far, far more examples of people being generous, kind and thoughtful in this crisis than there have been of, for want of a better word, tossers. That's been my experience anyway. I've entered a 10k 'race' on May 9th facebook.com |

I agree with LD - there will always be a few t*ssers, but most people have been generous and community spirited. And we'll done Caz |
