Morning :)

Lovely sunny day again. B-) (I never wear sun glasses) I should run today but still have the gardening DOMS so I'll have a bike ride instead.
I know what you mean Linds, and I don't run as much as you do. You could go somewhere different in the car for a change, it's allowed.

Morning, last of my days off and I have so much jobs still to do but hey the weather us too nice not to be in the garden.

Is is allowed AR? I thought your exercise had to be done from your home.

Allowed as long as the time it takes to drive there doesn't exceed the amount of time you exercise for, IIRC

Morning all xx. LG, as Dio says, a short drive is OK. As a family we're taking that to mean a short drive occasionally, but not to anywhere that's likely to be busy, so not a car park to access countryside or any well known areas, not to a different area or town etc. With the turtle, we've just driven a couple of miles to access a different little-used footpath network. We could easily drive for 40mins to the edge of the Cotswolds and spend 3-4hrs walking there, but I don't think that's at all in the spirit of the rules!

can't think of anywhere that won't be busy. The downside of living in a big city. Ignore me, I slept badly and am grumpy again today.

Mornage swamp rabbits.

Extra rabbit hug for Linds bunny

I am sorely tempted to drive somewhere else today to run, but I probably won't. I'll try the Gipping path instead and hope the bit I plan to do isn't full of people. I usually see nobody on it, but you never know now, and it's about ten inches wide in places.

Off now until Thursday night, so a chance to recharge batteries.

Ah okay I never knew that. To be fair there are loads of routes beside me that I haven’t even explored yet. I did think about taking my clothes and change after my work and run then but didn’t think that was allowed

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
