Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning all xx. Glorious morning, thank goodness the rain has gone. Foot/ankle no better or worse after the short outing yesterday so I'll carry on with short rehab runs just as I did after injury last year. I am also strangely happy that I have achy lower abs. I have developed the flabbiest of flabby tummies and my abs were wrecked when I had the turtle. Partly why I started a yoga thing last week. And now I am starting to feel aches which must mean there are still muscles there somewhere 😊

Morning all. Looked a bit dull when I woke but sun is now out.

Must admit I really struggled for the past few days and very emotional, but more like myself today, so breakfast then out for a run.

Morning and hugs to everyone having a tough time.

It is lightly raining but no real wind so I'll attempt my LSR again. Looks like marathon will be 15th August - just one week after 32k trail run. Inshall need advice abiut how to do that....

Trin, since you are lonely and know Things about running, maybe I can take advantage?

Good news TM. Not sure how my foot is yet but I’m pretty certain you have some kind of abs in there. When I was on all 4s and the physio congratulated me for being able to stick one leg out I remembered how bad it can get
