Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just the naughty left one, Columba. The Voltarol and rest seems to have helped *gingers crossed* I'm trying to follow my mentor's advice not to focus on it so I don't 'build a fear pathway' :-) (She works with rehabbing brain-injured people so I must respect that she knows what she's talking about, but that did make me laugh tbh.)

More commiserations for the injured :-( & more for the sleep deprived, & the internet deprived too.
) Corrah - doubt you’ll see this as Parkrun Oz starts so early, but I’d think Bellerive, less than 5 miles from SW Bobart would run if Domain isn’t)

Did my 12 mile long run so have finished the month on 106 miles :)

Was really hard work (although stats show same pace as last week's 11 miles and at a slightly lower average heart rate). Legs felt heavy and had the wind in my face on the longest side of the triangular lap I ran round 4 times. Hopefully it's helped with mental toughness!

The wind is a right B***er TR, doesn't matter if it's affecting your pace or not it does make it feel harder.

Glass of champagne (well cava) and AQOS, not sure I'm going to stay awake v loong this evening. Prep for decorating has worn me out!

I’m just a mere 66 miles down from last January. Bit of a difference not training for an ultra!

RPM class tonight. So second highest bike miles. And highest ever non-injured!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
