Ouch Dio, glad you're not hurt too badly.

The trouble with leaving a house empty for a month of lockdown is it takes quite a while to warm up again. Currently wearing extra thick leggings plus two big jumpers, and the thought of going for a run simply made me shiver. Will try to do better tomorrow ;-)

Oh ouch for Dio. Glad no lasting damage.

Been snowing here all day. At first it melted on impact, then it started lying on grass but still melting on tarmac. Decided against tonight's running club session (I expect everyone else will, too). Went for a short walk to ensure at least some exercise.

Never went for Arun this afternoon so we just had coffee and a blether instead . Came home were the pavement are white and icy so just did a wee run to keep the streak going although it’s not uploaded to fetch so will do it manually

I hope you are ok Dio.

Why didn’t I run first thing whilst it was dry? I planned a little streak-saving run after visiting mum which would also get me a stray conquercise zone but it was chucking it down. Thankfully the rain got less horrible on the drive home so I stopped in the last village before home that has street lights for a gentle 1 mile jog and only got wet rather than soaked.

Just “back” from our virtual Christmas Party. Was better than I though it would be :-)

ITG - your stance is worth it. Our neighbour was complaining that she has no control over her 14yr old. The whole family backs down to avoid an argument. They’ve made a rod for their own backs there. D14 rules the roost.

Careful now, Dio!

No snow here but a bit of sleet mixed in with the rain. Yuk!

Ouch Dio, hope there's no lasting damage.

The sun came out this afternoon so I got out for a short walk to get some fresh air and daylight.
