Morning all. Bootcamp done before the weather got to grim ( or maybe we couldn't see it).
AR I'll be sending my ds out to the park later to do his training session.

ITG I admire your stand. Well done!
Som - did that 400 include 2 sales to my dad :-)

12yo is as stubborn as me so won't admit defeat but I know that he knows he is suffering and that is good enough ;)

And good afternoon all. Woke up with a migraine after being overcome by hunger late last night and eating for several horses. A tablet sorted out the discomfort leaving me even more listless than usual.

I fully consider the need to eat to be part of the migraine, not the cause.

A notable feature about today is that the rain that is falling was forecast a week ago and the forecast hasn't changed. I was planning a running excursion today but it's now tomorrow, probably around the Bosham area (Southbourne - Chichester).

Well done ITG. With T2, I always found that pointing out he was being a little shit, and him actually acknowledging to himself that I might be tight were separated by a period of several days.

Run done. Wet and cold. I would like to say that I enjoyed it - endured it more like. However, I know I wouldn't have run when I got home from work tonight so having done it, is a positive.
ION, whilst eating lunch, I have seen a Goldfinch and a Greater Spotted Woodpecker on our bird feeders. (Makes note to self to get more fat balls - Woody eats them very fast!)

6 miles in mostly heavy rain, and a biting wind. Thank heavens for the sheltering woods. Had a heavy fall in the last mile when I slipped turning off a plank bridge, but just a bit bruised and scraped.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
