Yes there are side effects which is why I couldn't have the weekly tablet - I spent 4 or 5 days suffering every week. At least this way is is just 4 or 5 days once a year so not so bad.

Feeling a bit full of aches today, tired (but whats new), metallic taste in mouth and sore mouth. Thankfull working at home so in my comfy, fetch hoodie and can take a break as and when I feel like it 😁

Hope Mrs is ok, these drugs mess with my vision too x

Morning :)

The sun's not broken through here yet, hope it does in the next hour or so when I go out to the park.

I shouldn't complain because it really is a glorious day here but I had trouble running the last mile of my RtS today because I was blinded by the low sun!

Morning folks. It's bright and mostly sunny here. I have told myself to go out and do a run in daylight for a change, as I have only seen daylight from a distance all this week. Last night's moonlit post-dinner plod was very pretty though.

LG, have you got strava or another activity tracking app on your phone? You can use that to record your run and then download the GPX file for it to upload to Fetch.

Morning!
Foggy 8km run this morning, sun is glorious now though.

Calf was niggling today so walked all the steep uphill sections - not sure whether I'll make it through the next three days of RtS but finger's crossed.

PT in the park done, but the sun didn't come out. My legs "went" half way through, I may have some doms tomorrow.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
