I ran, back in capris today but couldn't be bothered to take my jacket down on the way round - so warm today.

4.5 miles done. Foot achy but not painful. Have stretched and will roll later. Far too hot in long sleeves (I'm happy with a vest until it's below about 10C, then upgrade to short sleeves until it goes subzero) but it's so murky out there and my long top is the brightest!

Well done on the 8000 LD bunting

I was also up at 5.45am to take Cheeky’s Mum to the airport - she’s off to Sicily for work so it’s a boys house for 3 weeks. Back home now and putting off going to muck out the animals in the fog. Need to get a run in at some point too. I think Sharktopus is going to have a busy day

I'm procrastinating about going out for my run - it doesn't look inviting out there at all.
Well done, Tm!

Well done TM.

I got up in the loft. Two hours later and I'm flipping livid. Last time I did a LOT of sorting and arranging, including going through bags and boxes of sometimes literal rubbish T2 had cleared out of his room but thrown up there.

Today, there was more. Not even big boxes, just shoeboxes containing everything from food wrappers and broken things to cards, old toys, pictures, random clothes wrapped round it all...

I will run in a bit. I'm quite knackered now.

Nice figure LD 😁

I want to sleep and this is not being helped by my home deak being right next to a very comfy double bed in the spare room 😴

Had good intentions of a run at lunchtime just to be out in daylight, but it's too close to a work meeting to fit it in now. It's 2 hours of Value Engineering to see if we can make a project for Essex council get under their budget. I'm not sure I'll have much input which can be a bit frustrating to sit through.

I shall plot a route to make up 9k for Run the Sum and WSW. Oh and here's some poor planning - tomorrow should be an effective rest day from Run the Sum (only 1k required) but I have a paired run booked with a clubmate so 10k it is then. I hope they are gentle with me :-)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
