Mornage swamp rabbits.

Took Mr Carp to work (he's still in the office two out of four days) and it was foggy.
Arrived home quite motivated to get on with something, but got sucked onto the sofa. I must run. I'm going to set a rule that I must run minimum 1 mile on days I'm not working. It might be broken quickly but let's see if I can form a habit.

Carp if you run, I'll dance for you. Or, if you don't run, I will dance for you. Whichever is helpful.

Back to work today, it's dead. But it pays the bills.

Hoping for a short run tonight. Not ran for nearly 2 weeks.

I shall run later. I will.

Er, maybe prime Sharktopus just in case. I have to be back by 7 for a Zoom class.

I'm trying to persuade myself to get up into the loft as there's stuff to go up there.

Morning all. Another rubbish night with the old tinnitus. Such is life.

I went for an 8 mile run along to the pier & back this morning, in a short sleeved running top & shorts. I can't believe how warm it is for this time of year. Next year, I'll be growing pineapples in the back garden if this weather continues. (Slight exaggeration).
We haven't had the central heating on yet, it's been that warm.

Have a nice week everyone.

C'mon Carp, I'm equally lacking in motivation, but let's get out there. I'm going to get my kit on now and do a damp 4miles. I also have the "get out every non work day" target, although mine allows walking. Partly cos I'm lazy and mainly since my PF is niggling again!
Right, catch you later!!

I've done my RtS 9k and very hard going it was. Thank goodness for the shorter distances for the next few days!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
