Flossie's op was 'a text book job' according to the vet :-) I'll collect her tomorrow morning and then begins six weeks of careful rehab. Not sure Labs understand 'careful rehab' when there are squirrels and cats to chase out of her garden, but we'll try.

Good news about Flossie!
This year's flu jab gave me a sore (and swollen) arm for about 24 hours, but no other reaction.

Thanks for Flossie update luck for rehab - maybe you could chase the vermin before letting her out :-) Good to know I’m not the only flu jab reaction-less person, I noticed the other ‘jabber‘ seemed to need a hand for the needle & the other for mr, maybe he was being awkward :-)

Great news about flossie and good luck with the rehab, thats not going to be easy.

Having a day off from the turbo today, am shattered. Have booked in for gait test for Friday and podiatrist check and some work on foot for the following week

Glad flossie got through the op ok. :)

Also glad that you're seeing a podiatrist MM, hope it helps.

I went for a run this evening. :) I walked a fair bit, mainly on the uphills as my HR was still pretty high, but I don't feel anything - not even really breathless as I go so slowly and then slow myself down. It was such a lovely evening and I was enjoying myself so even did an extra little loop at the end to give me a nice long downhill trot before getting home. :)

Good to hear about Flossie LD.

I’m going to have to start wearing my watch as I’m doing nowhere near enough movement now I’m working from home.
