Rubbish, Teebee, but his safety has to be the priority :(

I've not seen my mum since February and don't see it happening until there is a vaccination (or, worse, I somehoe get covid and recover and am confident about the antibodies).

Morning all - hard but right decision TeeBee. Not since my mum for over 6 months now ๐Ÿ˜’

Dog walk done, swim done (wasnt feeling the love this morning at the pool seems like a lot of fast swimmers were in the medium lane)

Just about to be descended on by the grandkids for a few hours with the eldest staying over for the night (making the most of it while we can)

Morning all (late this morning!)
Horrible not being able to see aged parents :(
Have fun with the kids, Moo :)
I'm going to go for a run at lunchtime - hoping that it will stop raining so that I can get it done and be back for a call at 2.
Getting chilly sitting at my desk and I already have an extra cardy on - might have to flick the heating on for a while.
Happy Wednesday people!

Columba
In my case it's the other way round; I'm the aged parent that hasn't been seen. However, I am in frequent WhatsApp contact with the "children".

Impressed by the early-risers, early-runners.

Hope all well, ITG.

Ran for nearly an hour and three-quarters. Not ran; run-walk, 4 mins run, 1 min walk. I can keep going for much longer like that. I only got rained on in the last half-hour, by which time I had got to the "Who cares about anything?" stage. 6.66 miles. Oo-er; number of the beast.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
