Morning! LG I planned to do RtS in November but now I'm getting cold feet!

My flu jab made me feel quite flu-ey last night but I feel a bit better this morning, albeit with a runny nose. Poor Floss is off to the vets in a bit for her bionic knee op. She's very perplexed about the lack of breakfast :-(

Wishing Flossie straightforward & successful surgery (()), hope her humans aren’t too stressed. Morning all :-) buntingbunting binbin Yumee, love your scenery :-) Also the flooded NF path reflections. Flu jabs - no reaction to mine, not even a mark, I wonder if the needle missed!

I'm just struggling a bit now with restless sore legs and the fact I have to go out has taken a bit away from the enjoyment of going for a run. Maybe that's just me.

No, when I started RtS in September LG I was already feeling a bit 'drudge-y' even though I didn't get far through the month. It's a mental challenge as well as a physical one. So take pride in your achievement!

Ferret did you not get a painful arm afterwards? Both this year and last, OH and I have had bruised feeling upper arms - OH's lasted for a good week last year.

Oh poor Floss! Hope all goes well, LD - try not to worry too much xx

Morning people.
Unsurprisingly, I'm at my desk again but have a walk with a friend planned at lunchtime, whatever the weather does.

You've done brilliantly, LG - not surprised it's feeling tough now. You're nearly there and Friday and Saturday will be nice short ones x

Had my flu jab yesterday: so far so good, and no arm issues.
