Sweet, cuddly, adorable kitty has, since being approved, gone full savage. Till she tires herself out, then she is all cuddles and adorableness again.

Hello everyone.
I have been into the office this morning for a meeting with my team - first time since 18th March. It felt like a ghost town. Made a nice change though and nice to see people face to face.
About to go and finish packing the moho because we're off for a weekend away later. Not going far because of impending birth of grand-daughter but it will be nice to get a change of scenery and relax.

Paula - not surprised you're knackered having read your blogs!
Waves at Carp! Hope you're OK, my lovely.
Did you swim, LD?
Have fun, Teebs and Fleecy!

Art'noon all. I actually ran in the morning. Teen was in school from 9.30 to 11.30 so I said I would drop her off and then run until she was back. A good chance to do some of my old running routes. I attempted the canal but it was a bog-fest so I did a few miles on the pavements and then finished on some easy trails near my old house. 10 minutes warming up, 1:40 running (smidge over 10 miles) and around 10 minutes cooling down.

Just made some flapjack, teen is here now and I may drag her off for a wander to the post office in a minute.

Well done PMc :-) Sounds good SWoo. ITG, our small cat got us a present today - a dead bird. So thoughtful. Hello Carp fish.

I haven't run. I haven't done lots of things today. Just as I was getting in a flow I was interrupted by the cat, the washing machine, the children, lunch.

Been to that London today went for a drive cycle commute, drove into Hamworth and then cycled to Kings Cross. Conqurecise told me that I had my first visit to TeeBee Town :-)

Got off my backside and went for a walk this afternoon! Friend has texted to see if I want to run on Sunday so might actually get going again this weekend. Hopefully Sharktopus can have a quiet weekend!

Iwas meaning to go to the work gym to rest my ankle for lsr tomorrow but cba-d and ran a short interval set instead. Fingers crossed for lsr tomorrow. If it's a fail, then everything is in jeopardy.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
