Morning. Rain here. Have dog walking duties and rugby mom duties that. Gonna be wet.
PP & Paula
Extra kudos for Paula for knowing when to stop.
How did Caz get on, do we know?

Morning all. I'm totally knackered and my legs, back and shoulders are very achy - the latter from using my arms hard when power walking up the hills. Which was pretty much all I did for the time I was out there. I'm convinced that the first 20 miles just goes up. And up and up and up. And there aren't many trees. It's very open. I think I prefer trees.
Will blog later. Am fine and dandy and perfectly happy and will spend the day watching films

I'm wondering whether the race route was better or worse than Alan Carr's I Don't Like Mondays. Or if a very special ear-worm helped
Enjoy your day of R&R x

I had a truly lovely day yesterday out on the Downs supporting Fetchie friends, chatting with Fetchie friends, and drinking tea and eating lunch with Fetchie friends

Morning! I'm due to be meeting some others to recce a new club run route. I could run there and run home which would be about 10-11 miles. Seems a bit weedy after Pimps and Paula's efforts!

I ran about 4 this morning, sweating like a pig cos it was hot and humid and hilly so it felt like twice that. I also had a large latte 1 mile in so I was glad of my iron stomach
