My car is about 5 miles away and I told today not to go for a run so I will take a walk in the sunshine and collect it.

bunting PP Another amazing run by the looks of it and same for RRR-Caz. bunting
Sorry to hear your news Paula, but hope you enjoyed your day out anyway.

I was tired after 50M on the bike to go and watch a friend's 100th Marathon, so hats off to you for running 50 PP :-)
Lovely weather here yesterday. Not sure what's happened today. Must kick arse into gear and go for a leg stretch.

Good luck Carp :-)

Well done RRRRRRRR! :-)

I left it too late to run to the meeting point so only ended up doing seven and a bit miles, but that was ok. It was nice to have somewhere new to run and also to have company on a Sunday run.

Just heard that a friend from the club has won her age category (V55) at Manchester this morning :-)

(Just realised I don't make sense in that second para. I had to drive to the meeting point, hence the shorter than planned distance run.)

About This Thread

Maintained by Mandymoo
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
