Morning all and good luck to Linds and Sinj!

I see from Fetch's excellent graphs that last week was my highest mileage week for over a year so that might explain why my foot and knee are niggly. I may well take today as a rest day because it's rather wet outside :-(

Hope the race goes well, Linds and Sinj. Sometimes we get are best runs when we don't think we are in the mood.
I had xfit planned but it is a team-training and I am too rubbish/injured to inflict myself on a team. It has also snowed. I'll probably knock out some "yazzo 800"s later. Time to do some speed training.

Morning. Good luck to racers today. We are venturing out for an excursion later but no running for me. Was contemplating it, but Mr AL persuaded me another rest day wouldn't go amiss.

Back is still super painful even when walking so today is another no run day here. I have been for a swim, though fish, as swimming is totally pain free.
About to do some strength and stretch/roller/trigger point stuff.

Off to the pictures this afternoon :-)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
