I biked! Just over 2 very slow miles on my beat-up mountain bike. I was very careful with my posture (no slouching!) and stood up for probably most of it. Boy now knows way to football practice and back and I have no ill effects. Off for some stretches and a hot shower. Fingers crossed.

I have blogged about last night's workshop. I have also run 18 miles and I am very tired! Off to the physio in a bit.

afternoon
some excellent running etc going on. Super blog AL - a reminder that I do need to do JD's stuff and should work out where best to add it in.
Sounds good ITG
OH in a "need to do something about the tudo list sort of mood - so we are emptying the "study" to turn it into a "gym" - this will be a good thing when it's done - but at the moment is involving finding lots of dusty "stuff" that needs sorting and a huge amount of paperwork to sort and then shred/file/recycle as appropriate.
Had a long enough break - time to get back on it

In awe of you lot doing 16+ mile runs!
Parkrun, v. slow. Was supposed to be doing Kent Roadrunner mara today but they'd cancelled and I couldn't refund the hotel so we came anyway.
Needed to do 18 miles this weekend, will have to be Monday instead. Actually really nervous about it.

Wonderful decluttering RH.
Sweetie: sounds as though your ewes are obligingly hanging on for the Easter holidays. Farmers' children are frequently off school during the lambing season.

Physio massage felt great. I have also got some tape on (I'll try anything once).

We haven't started lambing yet either, but we time ours late on purpose so that hubby is out of silly season by the time we start. He scanned our ewes today - only 10 in lamb, so tup wasn't all that effective, but in fact 10 is a nice manageable amount really!
Good news ITG!
Like the idea of a home gym, RH Excellent long running

Why are the stupormarkets advertising lamb for Easter when British lambs are all much too young/still unborn? - (that should be on the grinds my gears thread!)
Easter Sunday dinner was always turkey. Goose at Christmas, turkey or capon for Easter. Bloody supermarkets, changing the rules!
