Did I mention in my new job (3 weeks in this role but actually it's same employer as I have been with for 20 years) I have a cool work station that sits on my desk and means I can raise it up to stand and work! It rises and lowers really easily so I can vary it during the day, I love it and it helps my damaged coccyx and it means I won't get that terrible sitting disease as badly. Still liking the job a lot more than my old one!!

I get bored after a few years in a job so neverhad the chance to choose a half size violin sobs, and plays air violin Travelling day today. It started far too early.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
