Good to see you on the recovery path AL.
Really nice muddy, trailly race this morning. DD2 did really well in her first 10M, 1:23:59 to be 10th woman overall. More proud Dadness.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Good running and cycling going on!
Hubby and I visited a National Trust house and it’s mini Christmas market, then went for a walk around the estate. 3 miles seems a lot further when you are mostly sliding through mud and *somebody* is complaining about every patch of mud.

Well done, Linds, CStar, LG and anyone else I missed.
MB - the pudding is a whopping 2lbs! I'm not a fan myself ( a few years back, they had a treacle sponge alternative, which was ace) but OH and most of the kids like it.
(tbh, I'm normally too full of chocolate, cooking wine and  to have room for Christmas desserts anyway).
The ridiculous hat will actually be super-useful, given how dark and cold windy most of my winter runs are...
