No long run today. Did a bit of a recce of next weeks XC route since it’s local. Oof. Hard work!

Great running everyone, too many names and I can't remember but love the outfit LG, love the hat Dooogs and great to hear AL was able to have a run. I did a very slow 5 miles today, my Endo has been causing me more pain than usual lately so running was a struggle, I could only run about quarter of a mile at a time or less before it hurt, so lots of walking done but it's just nice getting out. Can't believe how mild it is, it doesn't feel like winter yet.

I am not exaggerating - there is nearly a metre of snow built up on our patio! It is all fenced in so the snow has nowhere to go until it melts and falls through the slats.
I didn't run but I will get a workout tomorrow as I will have to walk with baby's cello to the music school and back.
