I have a pudding, and a Percy Pud hat... and a selfie of me with both in front of a brass band. :)

Excellent, Doooooogs!

Today's bike ride took me past my bike target for 2018. When I tell you that over a third of that mileage has happened since 1st November (80 miles) you will understand that it was a pathetically low target ;-) but it's the first year I've actually hit my cycling target :-) so I'm pleased.

My swimming target is waaaay off though :-(

Yay for AL

Daisy I am the same when I have not been on my bike for a while - I get all nervous.

Donned up as Mrs Claus last night to ride the bike in the lights festival at Sandwich (with my local bike shop) . Lovely evening and great to see so many families out enjoying the event.

Today my new bike shed has been organised and all biking stuff is in it along with 2 bikes (the other is in the summer house on the turbo).

Have also emptied the greenhouse (new one arriving this week) and dug a border and moved some fruit plants about.

That's about it for exercise.

About This Thread

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
